After the course

The course is the beginning. The practice continues every day: at home, and in daily online sittings on Zoom.

At home, twice a day

After the course, the practice continues at home, twice daily. The seed is planted on the course; tending it is the work of years.

How to practise at home

A simple way to keep the practice going at home:

  • Join the daily online sitting on Zoom whenever you can. Ask the Kendra on WhatsApp or by email for the meeting details.
  • Choose a quiet, clean spot at home, and sit there at the same times each day, ideally in the morning and in the evening.
  • Sit comfortably with your back straight and your eyes gently closed.
  • Practise the meditation exactly as it was taught on the course: Swash Darshan, observing the natural breath; Satya Darshan, observing the sensations with equanimity; and close with Maitri, sharing goodwill with all beings.
